Our History

1986-1991

A Dream Takes Root

⦿ Founded by Air Chief Marshal Auychai and Vinita, named after their daughter Nichada.
⦿ Early projects included Nichada Park, Natakorn Park, and ISB teacher housing.
⦿ Established the vision for a luxurious, international community.

1992-1996

Building the Community Major milestones

⦿ ISB's new campus opening
⦿ Creation of the iconic Nichada Lake (once a quarry pit)
⦿ Introduction of electric golf carts and fitness facilities
⦿ First rental offering (Danicha) and focus on environmental sustainability.

1997-2006

Weathering the Storm

⦿ Overcame the Tom Yum Kung financial crisis through innovative strategies.
⦿ Invented the "Nichada Locked Stone" for construction.
⦿ Launched Lakeside Residence, the first single-home project for rental.

2007-2015

Expansion and Recognition

⦿ Expanded with five new single-family home projects.
⦿ Implemented a flood prevention system after widespread flooding in Thailand.
⦿ Established Nichada Plaza HQ and Nichada Secret Garden marketplace.
⦿ Completed the iconic Nichada & Natakorn Lake Condominium.

2016-2024

Leading the Way

⦿ Auychai and Vinita Changrew retired as CEO, paving the way for Nichada Changrew to ascend as their successor.
⦿ Launched the "Jewel Collection" of luxury residences (Nichada Jasper & Onyx).
⦿ Won multiple awards for Best Lifestyle Developer and Best Luxury Housing Project.
⦿ Continued focus on innovation and sustainability.
