Aerobic Room

The member is entitled to full use of the aerobics facility during the Nichada Fitness operational hours, subject to room availability.The studio is open from 6 am to 9pm and provides exclusive classes for Nichada Fitness members as well as private classes which can be joined by arrangement with the instructors.
